1. Rule. Learned Senior Counsel Mr. V. M. Nankani assisted by learned Counsel for the petitioners Mr. Hardik Modh made a statement that they do not propose to file rejoinder affidavit to the affidavit-in-reply filed by the respondents and they are accepting each and every word of the affidavit-in-reply to be correct.
2. In the last paragraph of the affidavit-in-reply, it has been stated that the writ petition has no merits and is liable to be dismissed.
3. Two weeks' time is granted to Mr. Nankani to file affidavit in rejoinder.
4. Let this matter be placed for final hearing on 31.07.2012.
