Let counter affidavit be filed within four weeks. Learned AGA may also file counter affidavit within the aforesaid period.
Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List after six weeks before the appropriate Bench.
Until further orders of this Court or till the submission of police report under section 173(2) Cr.P.C., whichever is earlier, the petitioner shall not be arrested, pursuant to the impugned F.I.R. dated 29.08.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 169 of 2018, under sections 363, 366 IPC, PS Naraini, District Banda.
