Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the matter has been settled in between the parties and the Civil Misc. Compromise Application No. 5 of 2018 along with compromise has been filed on behalf of both parties.

Office is directed to send the Civil Misc. Compromise Application No. 5 of 2018 along with compromise to the trial court concerned where the parties shall appear in person on 23.4.2018. Learned trial court shall verify the compromise and send back to this court along with its order / report within a period of two weeks.
