(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE A.L.DAVE) Party in person is present. The respondent No.2 is represented by learned advocate Mr. Vakharia. Respondent No.1 - State is represented by learned AGP Mr. Kodekar.
2. It is indicated that disputes between the parties have come to an end by amicable settlement. Accordingly, Criminal Case No.5869 of 2010 is also disposed of. A copy of a purshis passed therein and order thereunder passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No.35, Ahmedabad on 07.05.2012 is produced, which is taken on record.
3. The party-in-person states that question of contempt is between the Court and the respondents and his duty ended by drawing attention of the Court towards act alleged against the respondents.
4. Having regard to the alleged act and the dispute between the parties and having regard to the fact that the dispute has now been amicably settled, we are of the view that the issue does not call for any further action. The contempt proceedings are, therefore, dropped and present applications are disposed of. Notice discharged.
