The petitioner has preferred the present petition inter-alia with the prayer to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to decide the representation of petitioner seeking compulsory retirement due to serious medical ailments (Annexure-1 to the writ petition).
Heard counsel for the parties.
With the consent of counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the respondent no.3, Additional Director-II, Department of Animal Husbandry, Gorakhpur Division, Gorakhpur to pass appropriate orders on the aforesaid application dated 02.09.2021, copy of which is appended as Annexure-1 to the writ petition, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of copy of this order.
