1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.
2. It is contended that Sub-divisional Officer, Baraut, District Baghpat (hereinafter referred to as "SDO") has sought to change in use of land in Khasra No.134 area 0.1830 hectare, village-Bhadal, District Baghpat, though change in use of land is not within jurisdiction of SDO under State Government.
3. However, a bare perusal of alleged order dated 16.8.2017, Annexure-4 to the writ petition, passed by SDO shows that land of Khasra No.134 area 0.1830 hectare is recorded in revenue record as land for skinning of animals but instead of that some other work was being done inside village Abadi causing pollution in village itself and in this regard, SDO had requested Block Development Officer, Binauli for making necessary arrangement and send appropriate report to the Collector. We find that SDO had passed no order for change in use of land.
4. Thus, this petition is pre mmature and there is no cause at this stage.
5. In view thereof, this petition, accordingly, stands dismissed.
