Sri Krishna Ji Shukla is present for the Union of India. Prayer prayed for is as follows:-
"(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Arbitrator/Additional Commissioner, Agra Division, Agra (respondent no.2 herein) to forthwith conclude arbitral proceedings in pursuance of remand order dated 30.01.2020 or within such time period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
As the arbitration is already going on in the matter, we would like that Arbitrator should fix early date so that matter be concluded expeditiously.
Let the matter be decided as expeditiously as possible looking to the pandemic. The Arbitrator shall fix the date and the party shall cooperate in the arbitration which may be concluded as expeditiously as possible as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation (Amended) Act, 2021.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
