The petitioner had desired the implementation of the order dated 30.5.2016. However, when the order was not being implemented and instructions were asked for, it was stated by the Revenue Inspector that if the petitioner was unable to get possession over plot no.498, then he may file a Civil Suit.
Today, when the case was taken up in pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 14.2.2019, learned Standing Counsel has informed that the order dated 30.5.2016 would be implemented on the spot after the Rabi crop is harvested. This, he submits, would be done within a period of two months.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
