Heard learned counsel for the parties.
By means of this contempt application, non compliance of the order of the High Court dated 5th February, 2019 was initially complained of.
From a perusal of the order, it is apparent that there was direction issued by the High Court that the petitioner shall move a fresh representation along with certified copy of the order before the District Basic Eduction Officer, Jaunpur, who shall decide the same within three months from the date of presentation of the same.
From the compliance affidavit, it is apparent that the District Basic Education Officer, Jaunpur has passed an order in pursuance of the order of the High Court to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner as raised in his representation dated 5th August, 2021. The Authority has complied with the order of the High Court whereby direction was issued.
In view of the above, no cause survives to maintain this contempt application.
Notices issued stand discharged.
The contempt application is consigned to record.
