Learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a fresh so as to bring on record some relevant material which he could not lay hands on at the time of filing of the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
