The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the court below to decide the application for temporary injunction, Paper No.6Ga pending in Original Suit No.503 of 2018, expeditiously.
Counsel for the petitioner admits that the application filed by the defendant-respondent under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC is also pending. Consequently, the instant petition is disposed of by providing that the court below shall proceed to decide the application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC and in case it is rejected, it shall also decide temporary injunction application, if possible on the same day or within next three weeks.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
