Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicants, Rajiv Kumar @ Babli, Smt. Pooja @ Nitu, Shiv Kumar @ Shibbu, with a prayer to release them on bail in Case Crime No.276 of 2020, under Sections- 498A, 323, 377, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Firozabad South, District- Firozabad, during pendency of trial.
Despite time granted by the order dated 3.2.2021, no counter affidavit has been filed.
The applicants have been implicated in this case on account of matrimonial dispute.
The applicants have already been enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 3.2.2021.
The order is confirmed.
Applicants will remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on the police report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 3.2.2021.
The anticipatory bail application is allowed to the aforementioned extent.
