JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned Standing Counsel has appeared on behalf of opposite party no.1 and Sri Samir Sharma has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party nos. 3 and 4. They pray for and are granted three weeks' time to file the counter affidavits.
Sri M.N. Singh has put in appearance on behalf of opposite party no.2 and a counter affidavit has also been filed on his behalf. The counter affidavit be taken on record.
