The petitioner has sought for a writ of certiorari for quashing of the mutation proceeding under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 on factual / legal grounds, The petitioner, if so advised, may raise the pleas before the authority concerned.
No good ground is made out to entertain the petition at this stage.
The writ petition is dismissed.
