Heard Sri Brahma Nand Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel.
The sole submission of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is to issue a mandamus commanding/ directing the respondent no.2 Secretary Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P. at Allahabad to grant an approval of the principal and teachers for D.El.Ed. (B.T.C.) course in the institution of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in this regard the petitioner had already complied with all the requisites and a representation is filed by the petitioner on 24.10.2018, which is not decided so far.
With the consent of learned counsel for the respective parties, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2, Secretary Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P. at Allahabad to decide the petitioner's representation in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before the respondent no.2.
Writ petition is disposed of.
