Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Bearing in mind the fact that substituted heirs have been put to notice only in January 2019, no cause arises for issue of any peremptory direction as prayed for except to observe that it will be open to the petitioners to approach the concerned Court for expeditious disposal of the suit itself.
The Court shall endeavour to ensure that no unnecessary adjournments are granted.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
