Present writ petition is filed by the petitioners with the prayer to direct the learned Civil Judge, Avar Khand, Shravasti, to decide the Execution Case No. 1/2016(Rajit Ram Versus Zainul Khan) arising out of Judgment and decree dated 28-01-2016/27/02/2016 passed in Original Suit No. 582/2011, expeditiously and within a reasonable period of time.
Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case,learned Civil Judge (Avar Khand), Shravasti, is directed to consider and decide the Execution Case No. 1/2016(Rajit Ram Versus Zainul Khan) arising out of Judgment and decree dated 28-01-2016/27/02/2016 passed in Original Suit No. 582/2011, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Learned Civil Judge shall not grant unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.
With the aforesaid, present writ petition is disposed of.
