We have considered the submissions raised by the learned counsel for the petitioner and we find that unlawful activities is being made the foundation of this writ petition, which in our opinion clearly indicates allegations of criminal activities. For this, the remedy of the petitioner is to approach the police authorities for launching any criminal prosecution, in the event, any such offence is being committed, and consequently, we are not inclined to entertain this Public Interest Litigation without prejudice to the rights of aggrieved person to approach the appropriate forum.
Rejected.
