The applicant has approached before this Court praying for direction to the court below to decide the case no. 243 of 2015(smt. Rajiya Vs. Uvaish Khan) application under section 125 Cr.P.c. pending before the Principal Judge/A.D.J. F.T.C. -2 Kanpur Dehat expeditiously.
The argument is that application under section 125 Cr.P.C. is pending since July 2015.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
