[a] declaring that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the 1st defendant Company purported to have been held on 27th October 2005 is not a validly convened Board Meeting and that all proceedings, Resolutions and Decisions taken at the Meeting are bad, invalid, illegal and not binding on the 1st defendant Company;
[b] granting a consequential permanent injunction restraining the 1st defendant Company from implementing or giving effect to any of the Resolutions purported to have been passed at the Board Meeting on 27th October 2005;
[c] declaring that the Resolution purported to have been passed at the Board Meeting on 27th October 2005 relieving the Plaintiff from the Office of Director of the 1st defendant Company without the approval of the General Meeting is malafide, invalid and illegal;
[d] granting permanent injunction restraining the 1st defendant Company and its Directors, Offices and Staff from preventing or interfering in any manner with the functioning of the Plaintiff as Director of the 1st defendant Company and from holding any Meeting of the Board of Directors of the 1st defendant Company except under the Chairmanship of the plaintiff, unless the plaintiff is not present at such Meeting; and
[e] granting plaintiffs the costs of the suit.
