Heard learned counsel for the appellant on the point of admission of second appeal.
It is pertinent to mention that for the disputed property another second appeal no. 385 of 2016 has also been preferred by same appellant who has filed present second appeal. Said appeal has been dismissed by the order dated 26.04.2016 of this Court. But part of this property is allegedly sold by the respondents in favour of of third outsider person and right of such outsider to occupy possession or interfere in alleged joint possession is to be considered, and on this point, hearing is required, for which time is granted to the appellant.
Summon the lower court records of original suit no. 919 of 1998.
