The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to expedite the disposal of the Original Suit No.828 of 2017 instituted by the petitioners against the defendant-respondents.
Counsel for the petitioners points out that the matter is being posted for cross-examination of PW-2. It is submitted that petitioner no.1 is 82 years of age and wants an early disposal of the proceedings.
In such view of the matter, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to decide the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
