The order dated 28.06.2018 rejects the application for grant of affiliation to the petitioner Institution. The order dated 28.06.2018 records that the Principal, D.EI.Ed. had simply accepted the documents submitted by the petitioner Institution on their face value and forwarded the same with the commendation to the Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, Uttar Pradesh, Allahabad. The order dated 28.06.2018 categorically records that no physical inspection of the Institution was done by the District Level Committee. The Principal, D.EI.Ed. was required to send his recommendation only after the physical inspection of the Institution by the District Level Committee. There is no infirmity in the order dated 28.06.2018 passed by Secretary, Examination Regulatory Authority, Uttar Pradesh, Allahabad rejecting the application for grant of affiliation to the petitioner Institution.
In such view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed.
It is open to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the competent authority.
