JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16201 of 2015 on 17.08.2015.
2. Today, Mr.Kanniyan, Inspector of Police, Sriperumbudur is present. P.N. PRAKASH, J.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the police have completed the investigation and have filed a charge sheet on 10.08.2016 before the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, but the same has not been taken on file by the Judicial Magistrate. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor also submitted that Arockiasamy/A1 had died on 16.11.2015, Rajasekar/A2, who is aged about 52 is a sick person and Malairajan/A3 was granted anticipatory bail. Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed with a further direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur to pass appropriate orders on the final report filed by the police in Cr.No.1035 of 2013 within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 24.01.2017 gms To The Judicial Magistrate Sriperumbudur.
