JUDGMENT / ORDER

This application is filed for deletion/modification of the condition no.3(i) imposed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.5927 of 2006 vide order dated 12.07.2006.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. Condition No.3(i) imposed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.5927 of 2006 vide order dated 12.07.2006 is modified to the following extent:
"3(i) not leave the State of Gujarat without prior permission of the Sessions Judge concerned;"
