Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP.
By order dated 25.11.2011, this Court granted ad-interim relief in terms of paragraph 8[c] which continued from time to time and, by order dated 17.2.2012, the interim relief was ordered to be continued till further orders.
Considering the subject matter of the petition and the impugned order dated 12.10.2011 passed by the learned 6th [Ad-hoc] Additional District & Sessions Judge, Palanpur, if the parties and the Court concerned decide to proceed with the trial, barring what is ordered on 12.10.2011, pendency of this petition and the interim order will not come in their way.
