The only prayer in the writ petition is to expedite the valuation of B.A (History) Degree supplementary examination conducted by the University. The learned counsel appearing for the University submits that, the results would be published in the 3rd week of December, 2014. Though the petitioner seeks for re- allotment to the LLB Course, that cannot be done since the students who have passed in the 1st opportunity would be waiting for allotment. The writ petition is closed, recording the above undertaking.
