JUDGMENT / ORDER

The endorsement on the Board indicates that notices issued to respondents Nos.2/1 and 3/1 have remained unserved as the said respondents are stated to be outside India. The learned advocate for the petitioner may supply the correct addresses of the unserved respondents to the Registry within a period of 15 days from today. On receipt of correct addresses, the Registry shall issue fresh notices to respondents Nos.2/1 and 3/1, making them returnable on 27-2-2012.
