Hakim, learned advocate has appeared for Shri Iqbal Ahmed Patel, Power of Attorney Holder for respondents Nos.2/1 and 2/2. He has stated that Shri Iqbal Ahmed Patel does not hold the Power of Attorney for respondents Nos.2/1 and 2/2, therefore, notice be issued to the said respondents.
In view of the above submissions, the Registry to issue Notice to respondents Nos.2/1 and 2/2 at the addresses mentioned in the cause-title, making it returnable on 23.04.2012. Additionally, the learned advocate for the petitioner is permitted to serve respondents Nos.2/1 and 2/2 by Registered Post A.D. at his own cost.
