JUDGMENT / ORDER

[1] Pursuant to the order dated 30.03.2012, Sarpanch. Shukaltirth Gram Panchayat is present. He submitted that certificate dated 25.12.2011 is not issued by him as he was not Sarpach during that period. It is submitted that certificate is issued by the then Sarpach Shri Yogeshdrasingh Mateda.
[2] In view of above, notice is discharged qua Sarpach.
[3] There are no cogent reasons. The application is therefore, rejected.
