[1] This application is preferred by the applicant seeking correction by substituting condition No.5(e) and (f) instead of condition No.3(e) and (f) as mentioned in the order dated 09.02.2012 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application No.1608 of 2012.
[2] Having heard learned advocate for the applicant and considering the averments made in the application, present application is allowed. "Condition No.3(e) and (f)" mentioned in the order dated 09.02.2012 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application No.1608 of 2012 is substituted as "Condition No.5(e) and (f)".
Application stands disposed of accordingly.
