Despite the earlier order passed by this Court dated 06/08/2012, Record and Proceedings of Regular Civil Suit No. 104/1979 from the learned trial Court/appellate Court has not been received till date, though the same was required to be sent on or before 14/08/2012. Under the circumstances, as a last chance, stand over to 04/09/2012. Registry is directed to immediately send reminder to the learned trial Court/appellate Court to send the Record and Proceedings of Regular Civil Suit No. 104/1979 on or before 03/09/2012 failing which the matter shall be viewed seriously. Registry is directed to communicate this order to the learned Principal District Judge, Ahmedabad (Rural) during the course of the day.
