(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) It appears that pursuant to our earlier order dated May 10, 2012, the petitioners have already applied on June 25, 2012 for permission for running the unit on trial basis. It appears that the GPCB has not yet taken any decision pursuant to our earlier decision.
We direct the GPCB to take such decision positively within a week from today pursuant to our earlier order dated May 10, 2012.
If the GPCB is satisfied that the petitioners have complied with all the formalities as required under the law, it will grant permission for a period of one month on trial basis. Let the matter appear on July 31, 2012.
Direct Service qua GPCB is permitted.
