Apropos to orders passed earlier and assurance given to the Court, the applicant Rajeshbhai Ramanbhai Patel has now deposited Rs. 1 lakh with the Nazir Department of High Court of Gujarat and copy of the receipt issued by the department is produced and is taken on record.
Considering the compliance of the orders and amount of Rs.1 lakh deposited with Nazir Department of High Court of Gujarat, the matter is disposed of accordingly.
Registry to inform the complainant about depositing of Rs. 1 lakh with the Nazir Department and the order passed today.
It will be open for the complainant to withdraw Rs. 1 lakh so deposited.
