JUDGMENT / ORDER

Both the courts have concurrently upheld the due execution of Ext. X1 Will. The attesting witnesses have been examined as DW3 and DW4. The identifying witnesses before the Sub Registrar have been examined as DW4 and DW5. The very same persons were the witnesses in Ext. A7 Will executed on the previous day. The appellant was very much a beneficiary under Ext. A7 Will.
2. The suspicious circumstances surrounding the due execution of Ext. X1 Will have been dispelled. The finding so rendered by the courts below is rested on evidence. There is no question of law much less any substantial question of law in the regular second appeal.
The regular second appeal is dismissed.
