1. Present application has been filed by the applicant under Section-482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 with a prayer that FIR being CR No.-III-5118 of 2012 registered with Bayad Police Station for the alleged offence under the Prohibition Act may be quashed and set aside.

2. Learned advocate Mr. B. H. Shethna appearing for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this application without prejudice to the rights and contentions. Permission is granted. Present application stands disposed of accordingly as withdrawn.
