This Court vide order dated 30.1.2012 had requested Mr. Niraj Sharma, learned AGP to accept the advance copy and waives service of notice for respondent Nos.1 to 4. Mr. Niraj Sharma informs the Court that in fact respondent Nos.2 to 4 have a different panel of advocates and hence, he has expressed difficulty in representing respondent Nos.2 to 4. Hence, fresh NOTICE to respondent Nos.2 to 4 returnable on 5.3.2012. Direct service is permitted.
