JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through his mother seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days for his own engagement.
Learned APP invited attention of the Court to the jail remarks. Only in the month of May 2012, the convict was out for 7 days on temporary bail on the occasion of marriage of his cousin. Taking into consideration the recent release, the application is not entertained. The same is rejected.
