JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.D.K.Puj, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted by him that, in spite of two judgments of the Division Bench, the road is being built over the water-body in question, which would disturb the periphery and size of the water-body, that is being used by the petitioner and other local residents.
Issue Notice returnable on 12.03.2012.
In addition to the normal mode of service, Direct Service is also permitted.
