JUDGMENT / ORDER

Goswami, learned counsel for the applicant, states that the applicant was on bail till 31st January, 2012, thereafter neither he has surrendered before the Jail Authority nor obtained bail order from the Court.
Hence, first the applicant is directed to surrender himself within a period of one week from today. The matter is adjourned to 02nd March, 2012.
