Rajendrasinh Ganpatsinh Chavda vs Mahebutshan Mohamadkhan Somra

Respondent herein, on service of the summons, has appeared in-person. He made a request for adjournment and a desire is also shown to avail legal aid.

Considering the fact that the respondent is an agriculturists and since he is falling under the category where legal aid can be permitted, the Secretary, High Court Legal Aid Services Committee, High Court Campus, Ahmedabad may provide him services of an advocate from the penal of lawyers for defending his cause within one week from the date of receipt of this order.

In the meantime, matter is adjourned to 30th April 2012.
