JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Mr.K.P.Raval, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents-State placed on record the copy of report forwarded to Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jhagadiya, Dist:Bharuch on 12.02.2012 by the C.P.I., Ankleshwar.
2. It is submitted that Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jhagadiya, shall take appropriate decision upon this report. The concerned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Jhagadiya, shall take appropriate decision in accordance with law and the out-come to be reported to this Court on 12th March,2012. Copy of the report shall be retained on record.
