Rajendraprasad vs State

Having heard learned counsel for the respective parties and having gone through the materials on record, I am convinced that the applicants - original petitioners have made out a strong case for condonation of delay of 292 days in preferring application for review/recall of this Court's order dated 7th March, 2011 passed in SCA No. 3897 of 1995. The delay is accordingly condoned. Rule made absolute.

Registry shall notify Misc. C.A for review on 6th July, 2012.
