JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the conditional order passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Kangayam in C.M.P No.2588 of 2017 dated 26.05.2017 for depositing a sum of Rs.20,000/- to the credit of C.C.No.9 of 2014.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks extension of time for depositing a sum of Rs.20,000/-.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, to comply with the condition imposed by the Judicial Magistrate, Kangayam in C.M.P No.2588 of 2017 dated 26.05.2017 for depositing a sum of Rs.20,000/-, time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kangayam shall stand dismissed automatically without any reference. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P is closed.
