JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
2. Petitioner is the first accused in Crime No.775 of 2014 of Adoor Police Station registered for the offences under sections 451, 354, 427, 506(ii) read with Section 34 of IPC.
3. The petitioner allegedly trespassed into the house of the de facto complainant, embraced her by force, assaulted and threatened her at 8.30 in the night on 11.4.2014.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
5. There is no dispute that the materials relied on by the B.A. No.3077 of 2014 :2:
prosecution prima facie indicate commission of the offences alleged against the petitioner. Granting anticipatory bail to him at this stage will hamper the investigation. This is not a fit case to invoke the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
In the result, this application is dismissed.
