Rajendran vs S.Raman

Madras High Court|06 November, 2017

JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The claim petition has been dismissed by the Tribunal on the ground that the nexus between the accident and the death of the deceased was not established. The uncle of the claimant appears to have suffered fracture on his right shoulder. He died a month later. The Tribunal came to the conclusion that the cause of death is not attributable to the accident in question. The Tribunal came to the correct conclusion after appreciating the evidentiary materials on record. I see no reason to interfere in this appeal.
3.This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed. No costs.
To
1.The Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal/ Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai.
2.The Record Keeper, Vernacular Section, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai..
