JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition to set aside the conditional order imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kangayam in C.M.P.No.2584 of 2017 dated 26.5.2017.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kangayam by order dated 26.05.2017 in CMP No.2584 of 2017 directed the petitioner to deposit Rs.20,000/-(Rupees twenty thousand only) to the credit of CC No10/2014 on or before 02.06.2017, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed. The learned counsel submitted that since he has got the order copy belatedly, he could not comply the condition within the stipulated time.
3. I have perused the materials available on record.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order dated 26.05.2017 in CMP No.2584 of 2017. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P is closed.
