Mr.Raval, learned APP, representing the respondent - State, upon instruction being received from Mr.MM Parmar, PSI, Vatva police station, states that the FIR of the petitioner shall be entertained and appropriately dealt with by the concerned police station.
Upon such statement being made, Mr.ND Parekh, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he does not press this petition, reserving the liberty of the petitioner to move this Court in case of any difficulty. He further submits that the petitioner shall remain present before the concerned police station for lodgment of the FIR and to undergo other legal formalities on 25.1.2012 at any time between 9 a.m. To 5 p.m..
In above view of the matter, the present petition stands disposed of. D.S permitted.
