Learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition at this stage with a view to pursue the learned Public Prosecutor to take appropriate action in accordance with law pursuant to the communication dated 10.2.2011 addressed by the Police Inspector, Ellis bridge Police Station, on the basis of communication received from FSL, Gandhinagar at appropriate stage of proceedings.
Permission granted as prayed for. Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn keeping it open for the petitioner to pursue the remedy as above or any other remedy under the Code. Notice discharged.
