By way of ad­interim relief, it is directed that the implementation, execution and operation of the impugned order dated 19.08.2013 passed by the learned 10th Additional District Judge, Morbi, in Civil Misc. Appeal No.31/2012 and the impugned order dated 22.08.2012 passed by the Trial Court in Regular Civil Suit No.71/2012, shall remain stayed till then.
